I make these every day! Sans chia seeds, they are great! I discovered the ginger addition by a Martha Stewart magazine a few months ago and it works well with honey dew and cucumber too.
Now if someone could help me repurpose this egg drop soup someone lovingly dropped at my desk, yeah, that’d be great. Thanks.

I LOVE closeups of my smoothies. But, I’d add a slightly less close-up shot next time. Might help put it all into perspective. 🙂
