I contemplated what you wrote about how being here/now includes EVERYTHING – the pleasant and the unpleasant, desire, wanting – all of it. Some of this is addressed in the poem and the video. . . the idea of simply saying yes to everything that arises – good, bad and ugly . . . and yet being able to see the beauty in all of that movement, too. So challenging it is, before we realize how easy it is . . I am still learning!
